Of all rifle designs, none is more American than the lever-action. The gun is as American as baseball, hot dogs and apple pie. From the article "The Lever-Action Rifle: An American Classic."

How can you leave out the American Made Henry?

Too many years ago I had a Win 9422, .22magnum. What a beautifully made rifle this was and very accurate. Sadly in a fit of insanity I sold it with a steel mount and 4X weaver scope.
But I still have fond memories of that rifle. It did some very good work at a farmers place in lambing season. He was always pleased to see meThanks for the opportunity to reminisce
